we can't sail to tortuga all by our onesies, savvy?
here's an interesting little editorial, noting that teachers alone cannot be expected to enact change in our scholols.
There's a lot to agree with in this editorial. People are looking to measure academic success in all the wrong places, and as long as society keeps fixating on superficial things like standardized test scores America will never compete globally in terms of education.
