I agree some what with what is being said. I do believe that some teachers should be paid more for doing a better job. Maybe if students make it to state and national competitions or if as a whole the classroom performs exceptionally well on standardized test scores. But I agree, there is no real way to measure the success of a classroom without taking all the factors into account.
I just wish there was a way to light a fire under the teachers that have tenure and think they can sit back and be so-so teachers simply because they assume their jobs are secure.
