This article is similiar to Susan's article below. I also found this in The Herald regarding the subject of student reassignment. It is interesting to note how different parents attitudes are about their child's education than they were years ago. Many years ago, parents who lived on farms viewed their children as workers; therefore leaving no need for their child to have a formal education in a school setting. The children could learn from their parents how to work on a farm and no further education was required. Today, parents are extremely concerned about their child's education and want them to receive the best education possible. This article discusses parents concerns and opinions about how rezoning every few years will negatively effect their child.
