One-size-fits-all reform isn't working

Me again! In light of our conversations on radical school reform, here's an interesting column:

Boy...this looks like bad news. Everyone has an opinion but nothing is working.
Charter schools, Vouchers, Government intervention, throwing money at the problem( Kansas City).
Maybe it time to put our kids in school earlier? Six weeks old instead of six years old.
For the people who have strong opinions,dont get crazy thinking this is a socialist attempt. Just another idea for people to disagree with. :)
