I have a relative that works at McGraw-Hill and he forwarded this to me in response to a discussion we had on assessments. This is a document McGraw-Hill's assessment people wrote in response to a meeting they had with one of then-Senator Obama's education staffers in which he asked about what they thought a 21st Century assessment program should look like. Since we were talking about reform I figured I'd share it with you all.
