Given the reasons why this district would want to go to single sex schools, I don't understand why the state of Georgia said know to that idea. It's obvious to me that it was the best solution to fixing the problems in that district with the soaring teen pregnancies, high dropout rate, etc. What else could the district have introduced to fix those preoblems?
